Fantastic experience! I purchased a 75” Samsung QLED TV with a Denon sound bar and it arrived quickly and was hung expertly. It’s very low profile, which makes it look so clean and professional. Jason was my sales and installation associate and he was an absolute pro and a pleasure to work with. I had a million questions and he answered them all. Also, I had just been burned by another company who stood me up TWICE so my trust level was extremely low when he entered the picture. Everything was going so smoothly with Multimedia Tech, it seemed almost too good to be true. But he understood my prior situation and did everything within his power to make sure this transaction went flawlessly – and it did! Buy with confidence! SCAM!! SCAM BE AWARE. Update of Multimedia Tech and Francisco Hernandez SCAM, has scammed me for $2000 and after I posted in all social media about his scam and called his call center. He admitted that he got paid the $2000 but never explained why he never sent his tech to install the system. He agreed to return the money but claimed Zelle won’t allow him to transfer more than $500 per day. He promised to send four payment of $500. Yesterday, Mar 17-2021 he Zelle me the first payment and now he owes me $1500 and he is playing his old game by not answering my phone calls on his cell phone or call center or his mediatech phone. Time for legal action and BBB and to keep exposing him on all social media. He blocked me on my Facebook that I posted a review but I made another account and posted again. Francisco Hernandez, if you are reading this, you know what you should do man. Return my money and have some ethics and values to stay in business, I mean unless all of what your business worth is $1500.
