This franchise requires an update to the ordering kiosk. I ordered like the machine requested…..then after 20 minutes I had to ask for a manager to get the food. McDonalds! Come-on now…The staff was helpful, it was a sad experience with the kiosk is all. ♂️ Oh well…

The manager (Debora) is very rude. I had a valid coupon for a free ice cream cone that I purchased from their Halloween booklets in October 2020 (this review was written January 2021).She refused to honor it because the fine print said Copyright 2018 McDonald’s. I explained to her that it isn’t the expiration date (the coupons don’t expire), and that the coupon was purchased 4 months ago (much less 3 years ago). Debora refused to listen, implied I faked the coupon (for a $1 ice cream cone??) & said if I don’t leave, she will call the police.I called McDonald’s corporate & filed a complaint. A representative from the franchise owner called & apologized for Debora’s bad behavior and promised that she’d be reprimanded.

Kinda bad even for fast food. Very slow service almost 35 mins in drive thru, wrong food, no condiments or napkins bad attitudes from people working. Just a bad experience for 10 pm on a weeknight
