I ordered an arrangement at 7:30am to be delivered the same day to a business address. I picked a store less than a mile from the delivery address. They didn’t deliver my arrangement until after business hours, which then it was closed. I called the next day and they said they were not going to try to make a second delivery and that I can come pick it up. The arrangement was for a special day, which they ruined because it didn’t deliver. The person who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. I will never get anything from them again.

Do not order from here, the manager looks like she smokes a pack of cigs all day instead of taking care of her customer. They will get your order wrong there is 98% chance of it. So just go somewhere else, I was very disappointed in Edible arrangement as a brand.
