My son bought a VR headset cable and it was supposed to be sealed new in the Box when he arrived home it was opened and obviously used when he went back with the receipt immediately and confronted the employee named Cesar he accused my son of fraud and trying to steal a new device. This punk employee began claiming he had my son on camara that it was new but the seal was broken. Upon filing complaint with a manager of another store we got our money back and went to best buy a trusted store.Cesar shame on you for making false accusations over the phone and being tuff on the phone but not in person.
