Had a terrible experience at this pharmacy! First they said my prescription would be ready at at 6:30 pm, i got there at 6:40 and it wasn’t ready & then they said it would be an additional 15 minutes!!! They said they had tried to call me but they never asked me for my phone number before, and the phone number they had for me I never heard of it in my life! Then she rudely said it must be my old number & I have never had the number that she repeated to me. Shawn Nguyen is a terrible supervisor/ representative of the pharmacy. She assumed what she want to hear not what I actually told her and wanted to argue with me when all I was trying to do was get my medicine so I can leave on my trip for my job.

Every time I go to this pharmacy, they are always incredibly slow – like they are severely understaffed – and my prescriptions are never ready, for one reason or another. I’ve had problems with refills, prior authorizations, and even communication when my prescriptions will be ready. For example, I asked them to send a text when a prescription was filled and ready for pick-up – which I didn’t receive until the next day, after I had already picked up my prescription.If there is ANY other pharmacy nearby, I would recommend them over this incompetent-riddled debauchery of a Kroger pharmacy.
