I was impressed with the customer service I received from Jenna (assistant store manager) She was very knowledgeable, courteous and was very professional. Kinda bummed me out that I will not receive my furniture for 3 weeks but I do understand with the current world wide pandemic. I would highly recommend Badcock in Ft. Payne.

Very nice furniture. However the customer service was absolutely terrible! Both my mom and I were greeted by a lady and she insulted me. She also kept insisting us to go buy from Walmart instead of this store. We told her multiple times that we wanted to buy from here but she just wouldn’t stop. I have no clue if she is like this to other customers but once we say that we want to buy from here we mean it. We will absolutely NEVER come here again.
