Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Always a problem many times trash wasn’t picked up as scheduled and when my county no longer used their service they still billed me and you can’t get a refund for 8 weeks! Customer service is also always terrible

My garbage pickup has always been on time and they always replace my receptacle when it is needed. I have been a customer for about 15 years and I am extremely pleased with this service. Customer service needs to have a local phone number. The few times I’ve had a problem, I drive to the local office and they immediately take care of it.
