Was looking for a particular vehicle one evening and Automax just so happened to have a used model that I wanted. I filled out the online inquiry and Jermaine Cassell contacted me promptly the next morning. He was able to show me the vehicle through video chat and sent me all the information I needed. I filled out my paperwork and was ready to go pick up my new vehicle. We flew in from McAllen TX just for this vehicle. He picked us up from the hotel and had the vehicle clean and ready in the showroom. He and Daniel Rodriguez had all our paperwork in order. We were in and out in record time. I can not express enough the professionalism of Jermaine, Daniel and the entire staff. They were courteous and on top of their game. We now have our vehicle here in the RGV.
