Went in to try on a pair of Vans. And because I wasn’t PLANNING on purchasing anything, they refused to let me try on a pair. How am I going to know if I want a pair, if I don’t know how they feel on my feet? They really need to employ more people-friendly people or train the rude ones on how to treat customers. I will not buy form this particular Journeys EVER. I have never had such a bad experience with any other Journeys, just this one.
