When I walked in I was greeted by 2 friendly employees and they let me know that they’ll be right with me. Once Natasha finished with her customers she came and greeted me and we got right to it. She had great energy and was very informative and patient. She answered all the questions that I had. She got me hooked up with a IPhone 12 mini that was exactly what I wanted. She saved me money so then we added on an Apple Watch (: Chris was also very patient and polite as well. He helped me get my Apple Watch set up. It was a busy morning and even though they were already helping customers they made sure to greet the customers who came in through the door. I highly recommend shopping here!

After waiting 45 minutes in the store with no real acknowledgement let alone help, Steven P. walked in. When he saw me standing there, he hustled to drop his bag and get over to me immediately. One of his coworkers, knowing I had not been helped yet, even tried to call him over to get help with her issue before he could assist me! (She did not greet or acknowledge me once mind you) He only gave her a second of his time being that I was still waiting and unacknowledged. He verbally acknowledged that I had not been helped and that eased my irritation. He made me a priority; thank you. Not only did he help me pay my past due balance, he got me a crazy good deal on my new LG V30! He sold me the case and glass protective screen at a discounted price and manually transferred all of my contacts (over 100) to my new phone since the transfer app wouldn’t work. This dude is the one you need to work with. Steven P, I did not get a survey for you so this is the next best thing. Customer Service of this kind must be noted. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service, you saved my T-mobile experience and I have already recommended you to three friends! Thanks again Steven P!

Starting with two stars as it is past 12:30 and the sign on the door clearly states this location opens at noon. I’m beginning to suspect based on the reviews for this location, this is the normal service level to expect here. Typically I go to the location in Cedar Park, however, this one is closer to my work and I only needed a SIM card and its activation. I’m guessing the staff at this location either forgot to change the hours on the door or are somehow working from home still. When I pulled up there were three people in line at the door waiting to get in now it’s just me. My wife and I have been T-Mobile customers for over a decade and this is the worst level of service I have received…wait the doors are still locked so have not received any service yet.
