Their return/exchange policy is firmly 30 days during a pandemic. Items were never worn, and still available in the correct size. The associate could not do an exchange due to it being a couple days late.I understand policy is policy, but I thought there would be a bit more grace due to covid.

I had a sports banquet to go to with my friends I bought a beautiful dress from the junior section. I bought gorgeous jewelery and a new bra the Puerto Rican lady in the bra section was so kind and nice she helped me with whatever I needed. I look amazing the night of the banquet and it’s all thanks to dillards so many compliments on my looks!

Great store and they have some awesome dresses unfortunately today I could not find a dress for my upcoming photo session. They have some lovely styles and colors but I needed probably and off season color mustard or Moroon and all they had were pastels. The staff was very friendly and everyone said hello and asked if I needed help while I was there. Glad to see good customer service is still offered these days.
