Do not purchase the Square Trade protection from Staples. It’s a scam. I filed a claim for a chair I bought. The leather was torn from everyday use. I was told by Staples and Square Trade that this type of thing was covered and my claim was denied. Staples is not a trustworthy company! Their chairs will not last longer than a year!

printed a sample on the color printer and the quality was poor–looked like printer was running out of ink or something –did not match color of document at all. Clerks response that’s just the way it is. no interest in refund, no interest in checking the printer for quality…so…not going to have anything printed here with that kind of attitude.
