Wish we had another choice in dme companies. I called on a Thursday for them to pick up a medical bed and was told it would be 8 days. Frustrating but ok. The day arrives and no call or pick up. Called the office at 4:30 pm and was told they would be here but late. I agreed to this because I can’t walk around it. Called the after hours number and no help. Said she will forward my message to the office which won’t be open for 3 days. Guess I will have to call Medicare and make a formal complaint.

Battling them over $2900 they are trying to bill us for equipment we never got or needed. They leave you on hold forever and bounce you around from person to person. Very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE ROTECH.
