My wife and i pulled up to get something to eat and a couple of drinks at 4:10 pm. At 4:45 the car next to me , who had just pulled up, got to place their order. At this time , while I’m weighting this review, (4:47) I had still not placed an order. In my review iui we I give Sonic Drive In on Lamar Avenue a 1☆ rating for no or bad service. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Service was timely. CSR’s were nice and polite. But this burrito and the other one I ordered (other one wasn’t this bad, but still very dissatisfactory) were empty on one whole side. Bought two and feel like I should have only paid for one if this is the quality of the product that I am purchasing. Will be finding another chain to frequent.

Something has happened recently that has made the service really go downhill. The average wait time for food or only simple drinks is about 30min. This is even when it’s not busy. They either need more staff or something to step up their service.
