I’m from out of town and did not expect much from arecord store in a small town, after my visit I couldn’t be more satisfied! I left with some great albums for a great price! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They had exactly what I had been looking for and knew just where to find it. My only regret is that I don’t live local ! Thank you!I really do hope I have the opportunity to stop by here again!

Ordered a cd from them, they guy who placed the order was nice but never told me he didn’t charge me for the cd it was my first time here and I had already bought a few other cds the day I placed the order. Came in and thought I had already paid for it but the old guy at the counter said I didn’t. He told me we have been doing it like this for 40 years. There was no need for this embarrassment! The guy who placed my order should have told me the payment would be due when the item arrived. I will not be visiting this establishment anymore.

such a legendary place, but the customer service is super unwelcoming. expect for one guy with glasses who was quick to assist us and the others.
