Called number that is provided. Is a useless number! All it does is take you to corporate and not the shipping center branch. I am trying to get my fiance’s engagement ring and was eligible to electronically sign my signature to have it dropped off at my place without me being there. Did this more than a day early and they took off with it after showing up at my house when I wasn’t there.I get the door tag and scan it, it tells me that I’m eligible to pick it up at the Garland Shipping Center, like I have several times for other packages that I needed right then (ex. cell phone). Call the number provided on here and get taken to corporate. Tell them what happened and why wasn’t the package dropped off even though they had my signature to do so. She tells me they’re sorry and they’ll drop it off tomorrow. So they can’t have the guy drive back over to my place for a mistake THEY made???Then I tell her that I can just pick it up there like I have for other packages and the app is telling me that I am eligible to do so. Then she proceeds to tell me that I am not eligible to do so and the shipper does not allow it??? Why??? No other shipper for expensive items like this ring have required me to WAIT for it till the next day. Absolutely ridiculous that I’m being told two different things.

Not enough staff! Service here stinks and so does there phone customer service.They take for ever. I had to come twice when supossiably there was an attempted to be delivered on a overnight next day delivery, which I waited for the package and one ever came, I call customer service and said my package was here on request for hold which I did not request and when I came to pick it up package was not even here!!! I left and they did the same thing the following day! WORST! FEDEX needs more front staffing here at the front they have 4 computers and one person that comes and goes.

I paid for two-day shipping but ended up not getting my package delivered on the agreed upon day as FedEx claimed “weather delays”. Only problem is……there was NO weather issues. I am beyond displeased and will never use FedEx again. Their delivery service is terrible and the customer service is even worse!!! Take your money elsewhere, you shouldn’t have to pay for incompetency.
