am a grubhub delivery partner. i went to pick up a delivery for a customer. There was no customer inside. No pending order. So, it was not busy at all. I saw the workers just chilling and laughing. I tried to get attention of worker. One worker saw my phone three times. i waited for good 15 minutes. The order was not ready. Then I told the worker, I know you are busy, but can you hurry up with my order. The worker got mad. And he started telling other workers that I said to hurry up. All the workers verbally attacked me. And one of the workers suggested me to cancel the order. I told them it is my job and I cannot cancel an order. It just shows how disrespectful these workers are to the delivery guys. McDonalds needs to pay attention to safe guard the verbal attacks of workers to the delivery partners and the workers needs to be more trained as a professional. Because of their unwillingness to make food ready for the drivers to pick up, they cannot just suggest a driver to cancel the order.

They have some decent employees but most the time service is super slow. They would leave out things from orders or make the sandwich really sloppily or miss ingredients like my sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I only got sausage in it.
