The Prattville store associates are very friendly and customer service focused. I am always pleased to shop with them. The furniture is also good quality furniture. Decided to update my 6 year old look and donate to someone who needs it and can still get another few years out of the merchandise. I am satisfied.

I would like to leave more stars than this because during the purchase of our furniture (which was some living room pieces and a complete bedroom suit) we received excellent customer service. However, things went south when it came to delivery and service after delivery. I was told things would be delivered on a certain day and that day got changed without my knowledge, even though I sat waiting when they told me to. I had to call to find out it was changed. One of my pieces of furniture was not delivered because it was confused with a different customer’s piece that the other customer planned to pick up. When they finally delivered the piece that they left out, it arrived to my house with all the glass smashed. I had to come to the store to get information on how that was going to be fixed because no one from the store called me then either. During that visit I was promised by the manager that she would take care of me personally and call me back to ensure everything was delivered properly and that she would secure a discount on the piece for my troubles. The manager has not returned any of my messages since that day and I have been in a half a dozen times since then. However, they have not neglected to bill me for the furniture at its full price. I have made two payments on the furniture and still have not been able to reach or speak to the manager again. That is not how you serve customers who purchase almost two rooms of furniture from your establishment. Also, I ordered two additional pillows for my couch and I have yet to receive them. When I ask about the order, they are confused. It has been two months since my original delivery date.

As a former employee i say this place is downright unprofessional. Witnessed employees and management fix up broken or scratched furniture and deliver it. Every dresser in my house is from badcock and every one of them are broken. If your gonna buy furniture from here you need to treat it as if its already broke because chances are it is and if you want it to last GENTLY handle your furniture. The beds have even broken. Cheap furniture sold as high as possible. I wont be coming back.
