We were so pleased with our first experience that we decided to return for our next need. Delivery was as expected and the quality of furniture was great. Danny took time each time to listen and make suggestions for our needs. He never made us feel like a burden as we assessed each of our options. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and has great customer service skills. He provided education about each piece of furniture, warranties, and delivery. We haven’t had a surprise yet. Had a great sales woman (Joanna Gonzales) and they had a wide selection. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what i was looking for in one product but they did on another. Still fantastic service and not the pushy sales people like most places.
