Awesome customer service! I ordered something from them over the phone. They took great care of me. I’ve been looking for the Lamiglas G1000 Pro. They got it shipped out to me pretty quick too. I’ll be in Alaska for three weeks in June – July. I’ll definitely swing by to see the store and say hi. Got to go there and get some great fishing in. Thank you!

Needed a rod, reel, anchor, rope, and trout net. Was waiting for someone, to get some help and to cut the rope downstairs, over by the poles with my cart of stuff. Not once did anyone even acknowledge me. On the 4th person who was asked if they needed anything I left my cart and headed to Sportsman’s. I like shopping local but at least the corporations have customer service for everyone and not just old fishing buddies.

Selection impeccable as always. Fishing gear staff is the most knowledgeable I have ever encountered in a sporting goods store. I can not go to Anchorage without swinging through there.
