Poor customer service at this store. I’ve walked in 3 times in the past week and each experience was the same. One lady who was welcoming and helpful; then a couple others that were rude and with attitude. I love Carters clothing, but this location needs to get on the same page with patron service.

My rating is because the phone number doesn’t work and the I’m here option for my pickup did not work. Pointless for my to do curbside when I have to bother my sleepy baby to get out of the car, touch doors I don’t want to touch with my baby in my hand and strap him back in 5min. Too much work and waste of my time and trip.
