It is a nice store and wasn’t busy. I was quickly helped and given much information as I am considering changing carriers. I hope all the info I was given is correct as when I left and began researching a phone I’m considering the information I found on the web regarding the current sale appears different from what I was told in the store. I’ll have to call and see which one is accurate. Overall a good experience with professional staff able to answer questions quickly.

I have been a customer of this location for more than 20 years and today I had the BEST experience. I was NOT happy when I walked in, but Aaron was patient and empathetic and actually HEARD my complaints and concerns. He was genuine and I greatly appreciate his advice and guidance. I would gladly award 10 stars if I had the option! I look forward to my next purchase because Aaron gave authentic feedback on my interests. For the first time, I did not feel as though I was pushed into getting something that I don’t actually want.
