Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.The other lady didn’t speak to any of the customer’s besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.I don’t feel she was being rude she simply doesn’t really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.

I’ve been in this store 2/3 times since being in Killeen since August. Each time no one has ever gave a greeting.. I.e. “Welcome to Rainbow…”, no one asks is there anything they can help you with after walking pass you several times. Tonight was the final straw, I’ll never shop there again. Operator 9549SM was rude as could be. I pointed out to her a defective item (comparing it to one that is correct) so that they may mark it down or take it off of the shelf and she snaps at me saying they’re the same. She compared the barcode numbers not the actual piece and if she had she would see the defect. I’ve just experienced poor customer service here multiple times so therefore this store is a no go!

I was surprised by the variety of their collection. From different sizes, to different tastes, they seem to have something for every girl. Anddd the prices are amazing! Can’t beat this store, especially in the pandemic.
