West Herr Collision Center of Lockport is AMAZING! They not only helped me with my insurance claim, they convinced my insurance company that my car was worth fixing when they initially wanted to declare it a total loss! And their work is phenomenal! When I got my car back you would never even know that anything had happened to it, unless you had seen the damage yourself! Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs done to their vehicle!!

Went in today to get check engine light checked was told I would have to make a appointment go over to where I was supposed to make appointment the guy was with another customer no problem I’ll wait my turn only to stand there while their talking about everything and anything that had nothing to do with cars needless to say I walked out I’m gonna be looking for another vehicle but I can say I don’t think west herr will be getting my business
