Popcorn is my second favorite snack (only behind pretzels) and I was not aware of this business at all but thanks to a Yelp event I am now.Walking in, we were greeted warmly and took everything in. The shop has an attractive retail section with the production space open to view in the back.We ended up purchasing a Moo-Vee butter 20 scoop bag (that I’m eating while I write this) and a small bag of Kettle corn.I found the Moo-Vee butter nice and evenly flavored but a bit dry, perhaps over cooked. This may be a reflection of the cooking style What’s Poppin employees but it wasn’t to my liking.Moving on to the Kettle Corn, I can say I’ve eaten more than my fair share between store bought and kettle cooked popcorn at fairs and craft shows. Regrettably this was by fair the worst I’ve had. Again, over cooked and dry with little to no sugar flavor. I’d be hard pressed in a blind taste test to identify this as Kettle Corn.I will give What’s Poppin another try and sample the Caramel and Cheddar next time and update my review at that time.

My fiance loves popcorn so as we were out about and discovered this gem. They have a great assortment of favors. We will definitely visit more. Very yummy popcorn.

Great selection of candied popcorn, been searching for candied popcorn for years and this is the first place in NY I ever found. Taste great and excellent service. Easy to find with plenty of parking as it is located in a strip mall. Great handicap access. It is very expensive but well worth it for a special treat
