Horrible service got a wi-fi device which I was told it was unlimited, but only came with10 GB and started to use my internet data from phone ,I called AT&T THEY asked me to return the device at the location and I would get my money back , the store told me I got the wrong info from At&t ,so they been going back and forth, and even argue about who would tell me again,that I got wrong info, I’m not getting my $45 dollars back ,but I have to pay them $45On top of them keeping my $45 it’s not about the money but about me still waiting for someone to help me 3 hours and 4 calls later I could not give a negative review ,if I could I would of……see for your self…they took the device back but refused to restock or process the return item so AT&T TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DIVICE IF RETURN IS NOT PROCESS………..
