I ordered online and was sent the wrong item. I called and left a message and sent a few emails trying to get my issue resolved. Almost a week later and I still have not heard back from anyone. I went on the boutiques facebook page and it seems that instead of answering emails and customer issues, the boutique is busy pushing political propaganda. If you have time for that, you should have time to respond to your customers.
