I sent a neon sign through the mail costing $327 for shipping. They broke the sign. The packaging for the sign was 53 lbs and more than adequate. I have been given the run around by the UPS in Denton and UPS corporate both of which refuse to offer a refund in any way. Extra was paid for the declared value. A signature was required at the destination. They didn’t get one because of COVID, they were more than willing to send harassing employees to the destination in order to take pictures in trying to gain proof for their refusal to offer a delivery refund or take accountability for the broken item.
