I would so give 5 stars Dr. Nisslon( probably spelled wrong) is amazing. However the lady at the front who does insurance and works the front desk at times is extremely rude. She asked for my copay and I said the amount wasn’t correct could she please recheck it she slammed the door to the insurance office and got very rude because I asked her to do that. Come to find out I was correct about my copay and she made a snide remark about it being a one in a million chance. Then when I came back the next week she did the same thing with my son who has the same insurance as I do once again I was correct after being rude and told I was way too early for my appoint which was at 9:45 and I arrived at 9:36. If it wasn’t for the dr I would definitely leave because the front needs some major customer service work.
