Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have zero customer service and absolutely no regard for the customers wishes. I am forced to pay for their services because they’re the only thing in town however they can’t do anything that they’re asked to do I’ve been requesting a replacement for the broken dumpster that I have in my location for 2 months and still do not have a replacement. Every time I call they tell me they have already replaced it. I have got in trouble by the business I work for several time this is unacceptable.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Called the 888 number. Was told that I had to cancel service with the local company directly. Local number not available. Called the 888 numer back and they had to get a supervisor on the line because they could not get the number themselves. This is a joke! Worst customer service ever!
