The friendliest staff ever!! I have gone a few times to get my medication and pick up small stuff here and there and every time the staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have a great assortment of candy (they were the only place in Plattsburgh with sour skittles for a while). Great place to go if you need to pick up your prescription or some small first aid items.

Only place I use now.Very prompt and extremely professional in providing a rapid Covid-19 test – for free!Very friendly, efficient, professional staff.Great facility, conveniently located. Fully stocked.Personally I am never again bothering with the loser places in Plattsburgh that also claim to be pharmacies. Waste of time, waste of space, and just plain worthless, in my experience.
