I once loved spectrum. They just charge way too much for just internet. We had the cable and internet bundle and asked them to take off the cable but they won’t allow it until the boxes are brought in that we don’t even use because we had the app on our smart tvs which we can’t even use the app now because Roku and spectrum aren’t even compatible anymore. They cut off our internet due to not paying it fast enough. Seems like they bill us way before it is time to. I tried resorting to the prepaid wifi it sucks so I may be looking for another provider because spectrum can be rude and they are just outrageous on just using the internet.

Spectrum has got to be one of the WORST companies that has ever come into existence!!! There is a consistent problem with the cable EVERYDAY through out the day!!! Constantly restarting the system, and have to take out the Roku stick to check the connection. It’s not possible to have a movie day or just to get through a movie without an unexplainable interruption!!! There’s even a mix-up in the programs where two movies or shows are playing at the same time. Oh, how I miss Time Warner atleast with them we were able to enjoy cable. The only time I found it to be a problem was when there was stormy weather. Spectrum should be ashamed to produce such lowsy service!!!!
