Furniture looks amazing but only that. Not long lasting. One would expect better quality for the price paid. I got two couches that lasted 4 years at most,following their care instructions (“clean with a damped cloth”).One of the couches got a broken leg only two years after purchase. I contacted them and they said they are not selling the couch anymore and that was it. Same coach after 4 years started to peel so badly that is practically trash. See the pictures. I a contacted them again with no answer.The other coach has the same peeling issue. It is ruined after 3-4 years.It is unfortunate Google does not allow 0 stars.My recommendation is to stay away of Modani unless you want to replace your expensive furniture every there years.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. We bought furniture in January of this year. When it was delivered, the table was dented and scratched. The sales rep help us fill out a claim. When the company called us about the table, they asked whether we would take $450 instead of wanting a new table. We declined because we want a new table not a discounted damaged table. They told us that we would get back to us. My wife had to contact them several times before that finally scheduled a day to deliver the replacement dining table. One month later, on the day of the delivery, we didn’t get a call. We contacted them several times afterwards before they apologized and scheduled a delivery date. Incredibly, two months after the purchase date, the second table they delivered was in worse shape than the one we had. We filed another claim and I emailed the rep. again complaining about the damage. I didn’t get a reply. I’m leaving this review to let people know not to buy from them. Attached are the photos of the second table they delivered.EDIT:To the person who replied to this message: We did file a claim with through your claim system. Your company obviously didn’t care except for the negative review we left. You didn’t even care enough to read the message that I filed a claim through the system twice. What would filing a claim again through this system do for us?
