I did make a purchase. I have not received my purchase but I will review my customer service right now.They have a huge selection of mattresses and price ranges. You can text and ask questions in advance and they will reply.Brian was the person that sold me a bed, he was very knowledgeable, I was not pressured into buying the most expensive bed. I told him what I wanted and did not feel awkward or embarrassed letting him know my budget which was on the moderate side. The credit card machine was broken but he called another store and they processed the paperwork in an instant. No problem. *****Two big pluses buying from this store. They deliver. AND THEY TAKE AWAY YOUR OLD MATTRESS FOR $20.00. This was a deal breaker for me.
