The service I received from Darius at AT&T in the Highlands was absolutely amazing! I needed to return a phone I used for a trade -in promotion I received and today was the last day to make this happen. After receiving sub-par service at my local Corporate AT&T in Mansfield, I went to this location.The customer service I received from Darius EXCEEDED my expectation! He was kind, listened to my request, and was able to assist me. I returned my phone and received the credit promised! I am a HAPPY customer. I have already told this story AND referred Darius to my family and friends. A little kindness goes a long way. Thanks again, Darius!

When we went to Apple to replace the phone that just quit working we had problems with the company, NOT the employees. We found out that although we’ve paid insurance for two years they would only send us a refurbished phone. We were forced to upgrade, then found out that we’ve been charged for things for things we never asked for two years. Over $200 for services we never wanted. The guy we talked to was great. It’s the company that’s a problem. They’ve also stopped giving a charger and earbuds with a new phone. It’s really disappointing that Apple has gone so far downhill in customer service and appreciation. If we didn’t have so many Apple products we’d change to android. On the plus side the guy who helped us was awesome and did everything he could for us to help save us money.
