Today was my first time shopping at Ulta and I just want to say it was a pretty nice experience. The store is huge and clean with a large variety of products. If you’ve never shopped there before, it may feel a little overwhelming because of the variety especially if you don’t know what you want. I would’ve given it 5 stars but I didn’t due to the lack of employees. I do want to acknowledge an employee named Macy. She was very helpful, easy to talk to and very attentive until the end. She helped me find great products at an affordable price and didn’t mind telling me to contact her if I needed help with anything else. Thank you again Macy.

I was able to go in and get what I came in for without any problems. This was the first time I tried this product and I didn’t know what to expect. I don’t wear foundation and never tried it. However I am getting older and wanted to make sure I am still taken care of my skin. I have sensitive skin and never put anything on my face but oil of olay, but I tried this Dermalogica product on my face and it has my skin really smooth and soft. I highly recommend this.

My daughter really likes shopping there. The store is clean and employee helpful. But the mask requirements need to go. We’ll be back when they no longer require them. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
