The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Austen and Erin got me set up with a rental bike and knew all the good places to ride. Austen mentioned you might start to rent mountain bikes- I’d be in favor of that, as that would allow visitors to the area to try out some of the more technical trails around Dallas. Thanks again!

Hands down best bike shop in Dallas. I’ve always got great service from the crew. They are quick and fair with prices. Also felt welcomed even though I’m not an expert rider. Other spots make you feel dump if you don’t know the lingo or specific issues you have with the bike.

Jonathan was very helpful and when I told him I was new to cycling, he explained things to me in a way I’d understand. I never felt pressured to buy anything or add-on extras. When I told him I was worried about buying a bike that had too many bells and whistles for a beginner, he listened to my concerns and walked me through all the features that came with the bike as well as letting me know what he considered to be intermediate features. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a bike that I was comfortable purchasing. I really appreciate all his help.
