I have been coming to this UPS location since they opened. At one time, it was a really nice polite place with great employees, there has been decline. The employees have changed and so has the customer service and policies. I would pay for something to be printed and I would only get charged for the paper and the ink, now you get assessed a “computer use fee” even if you do not use the computer. It’s the computer that they used! And they tell you about all of these fees afterwards, I’m going to buy a printer. Will not be back.Owner,Excuse me but I paid for all of my prints. Furthermore, I did not or never have sat at your Computer to do any work much less for the hour you charge for. How many of your customers come in to the UPS Store for an hour. Don’t add a bogus computer use fee, Increase the price for the time (5 minutes max) your employees spend printing. Finally, You should politely explain this to all of your customers before attempting any transaction.Thank you.

I have been using this store for some time and they have always been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Apparently, they have recently changed staff. I tried to return an amazon product in the original manufacturers packaging as per the amazon instructions. I was told that I would need to box the item for shipment or pay them $2.00 to have them box it for shipment. Again, its already in the manufactures original box. Fortunately, I had the printed instructions and was able to show the clerk where she was mistaken. She said well, we can’t take it unless you package it or pay us to do so. I confirmed with Amazon this is not their procedure.
