Louis is a very nice man, pleasant and at least attempts to be helpful even if he can’t. THEN THERE IS KIM LOL She is arrogant and reminds me of an angry old man the way she behaves over the phone. You need a current price since your paying CASH OUT OF POCKET on somethings that you have bought multiple times and she doesn’t care about getting customers SHE HANGS UP ON PEOPLE WHEN SHE TELLS you EITHER COME IN OR cant help you THEN SHE HANGS UP. You request a price her response is come in and when you explain not without a price first before you travel and make the effort and arrangements and inform her how get a price for an item she replies you don’t tell me what to do and hangs up LOL and people wonder why business goes down…people like her working for them who are rude, inept and low class. she watch her attitude when on recorded lines lol
