Bought four new Cooper ATP2 Tires for my 2017 Ram 1500. Worked with Erik Isaac who is one of the Assistant Managers. By far the best service I’ve had anywhere, much less Discount Tire. I’ve been a Discount Tire Customer for life, but I’ll never go anywhere other than the Greenwood location as long as Erik is working there. He only had 3 tires, but was able to get me rolling even on a new spare tire for an affordable price, and I wasn’t even planning on replacing the spare tire just yet. Just came back today and they had my fourth tire ready and got me in instantly, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Best service ever! Thank You Erik and somebody give this guy a raise!

After a long drive coming back to town I noticed my tire had a bump causimg an uneasy drive but employees told me otherwise. I understand it was towards the end of the day but if its still during business hours they could’ve checked my tire thoroughly. I was recommended to the same company but different location by a nearby mechanic.
