Delivery drivers that work there are awesome. James went out his way to help us. The lady working the front was an absolute (unt and had probably 20 people furious with her. If it wasn’t for James she was close to getting punched in the face.

I can’t believe that with all this bad reviews and complains from all this people nobody UPS has done anything to fix this problem I definitely suggest to take all are businesses to FedEx they do much better job

They lie and say they try to contact people when they don’t or they say that my number is not a good number. Everytime I go in to pick up my packages some employees are rude and the facility is usually unkempt. I hardly ever complain, but when I do it’s valid!
