They are starting to go down hill..they are not at there best like they used to be

Brought the wrong mattress then proceed to say they had to look at the cameras to see which bed we laid on after they were told what color and pretty much where they were in the store an that they were the used ones finally the person that done the order called back an said they would have the right ones there between 3 and 5 today so we will see if they get the right ones this time of not then they will be picking up everything we have from them. And the reason I gave them one star is I work in the same line of business as Aaron’s I do deliveries and we make sure we have the right merchandise on the truck before we leave to the customers house.
