Not as large of some of the other locations in the country, but it’s still a good size. It’s an attractive, clean store in an accessible, central location in town. I was a visitor in the area, but I would definitely be happy resident if I had this REI in town serving my in-store and online tasks.

The associates were more than helpful. What I wanted was not there but they highly recommended the face mask I purchased. I do not regret the purchase. Then I was able to use my dividend to purchase it. I was more than satisfied with everything there and their customer service.

Nice experience at this new REI. I haven’t visited since it has been in the new location and it is nice. Very big. Not too many people on a Saturday afternoon. People were wearing masks and keeping distant. They do have a few carts to use in store that they wipe off after use.
