I understand the hustle for them to make sales, however be very aware of what you are buying and underlining costs like intrest.I upgraded my 1 CT earrings using their upgrade program. I was told 0 intrest for 12 months.Come to find out the salesperson was under the assumption that I had a newer Zales card not the older one. Because of this the 0 intrest is invalid. When I found out I tried to exchange the new earrings for my old ones. I kept getting the run around and when I was finally able to talk to someone, it was after the 30 days-how convenient- so they refused to allow me to return my purchase.I felt very lied to and will never buy another piece of jewelry from them.

Bought my fiancé’s engagement ring 9 months about with a promise it would be custom made. 6 months later I call and they say they can’t do custom anymore but had forgotten to call me. I send it in to resize with a promise to be called when it’s going to be ready, never received a call or email. I try and call them and they never answer. I call customer support they say they’ll leave a message for the manager to call me they never do. No one helps, no one calls and no one answers. If you want any help you have to go in person and argue your way to some answers last time I buy from zales I just wish I never made the mistake of buying such an expensive piece with them.
