Paid off 4 phones that were leased so I can move over to Verizon, for 2 years sprint has refused to release the hold on one of the phones. 2 YEARS, no one in the store agrees to help and pushes off on customer service.

The biggest thing I wanna compliment is I was greeted in less than 60 seconds of walking in the door. Unlike some locations I’ve been. On top of that the manager had excellent customer service. He worked with me on my needs and price as well as carried a very patient nature through the whole interaction. They didn’t have the phone in stock but quickly located it at the t-mobile across the way that was just as courteous and helpful. They will also be getting a great review. Great team work great customer service! Keep being excellent! Colin was awesome!
