Ordered a book (new), more than 7-10 business days passed and still had not received it. I thought the amount of time it was taking to get to me was due to the upcoming holiday, which was technically on the 11th day, or the bookstore having multiple orders/a busier time for them. After receiving the rate your experience email, I contacted the bookstore.The representative I talked to admitted the mistake was on their part and sent the book the very next day. However, I did miss the due date of the first assignment due to the late arrival of the book. That same representative was willing to provide me with an email that I could give to my professor. His actions are the only reason I am rating my experience two stars (I was very happy with his customer service).
