I adore the selection and the prices.

She said, “go to Northline Commons location” so, I gave up and left home.

It has a limited and unreasonable exchange policy for gifts without receipt.

I’m not too sure what happened tonight. I’m usually greeted and staff seemed friendly. I had the worst experience with staff. This is no longer my favorite location. The store manager Farrah has also disappointed me.

Apparently, children’s Place has different alarm sensors. I went to location off Taylor St. and the sales lead said “Sorry we don’t do these sensors”. I asked if I could return it and rep said, “NO”. She said, “go to Northline Commons location” so, I gave up and left home. Half-way there I realized it wasn’t me; or my fault, so I made a U-turn. I called Northline and asked if I could return, she said, I should have stayed at Taylor st. I was like ok? I drove to Northline and finally returned it. I drove to Northline first and got a run-a-round, then drove to Taylor st and got a double dose of the same flavor. Went BACK to Northline and finally got Assisted. I left home, Surprised. My Customer Experience is 0 out of 10.

Customer service was non-existent. I went to the register and the employee at the register didn’t even make eye contact or say anything to me; she just called for her co-worker, Hey, can you come get her? I know that she was looking down at her scanner trying to figure out something, but there was NO acknowledging me. I was also taken a back how they both spoke to each other while checking me out, yet not really acknowledging me in the check out process. Limited selection of toddler boy items as well. I won’t be returning.
