This is the most dishonest, deceitful company/people I have every come across.On 03/04/2019 at 3:08 pm I spoke to Terri Lambert who is the manager of this facility. I let him know we are a dentist office and used Nitrous and Oxygen. He quoted me $20 for Oxygen and state the normal price is $54.67 and $125 for Nitrous and also state the normal price is $282.84. I asked if there is any additional charges as trip charges and was told the only additional charge will be tax. I agreed and he sent over his driver to deliver the first tank of Oxygen. I received the invoice and noticed the price for the Oxygen was $36.00 and a trip charge of $19.00. I called him, spoke to him and was told by him that he will take care of it, it wasn’t in the system yet and reconfirmed the cost of Oxygen is $20.00 and no additional charge other than taxes will be added. We get a couple more deliveries and the invoice showed the same price of $36.00 and a trip charge of $19.00. We called Terri Lambert several times and were told this will be taken care of and we will only be charged $20 per bottle of Oxygen. This never happened. We stopped buying from Airgas.They send over a 15 year old kid to talk to me and ask me to pay for the outstanding invoices. I explained the situation to him, he asked if he could take the original invoices and assured me he would get them corrected and sent back. I am yet to receive the corrected or original invoices. A month later I get a call from a collection agency stating I owe them for rental of the oxygen tanks. Excuse me!! I own my oxygen tanks. They switched them out every time they brought full ones and picked up the empties.I would recommend not doing business with such dishonest people who have no morals, no scruples and lie every second of the day. We certainly will not and rest-assured with shout it out from the roof tops not to do business with them.

I write this review from my truck viewing inside the windows of their business. I can hear the phones ringing inside their building as I watch 2 men walk around inside not answering the phones and they are 45 minutes late opening their store. This is not the first time I have had this issue with this store. If you are able to get inside they are typically rude. Today is the last. I will go 3 miles further down the exact same road and take my business to their competitor. Window signs are posted on the front door and a marquee on their sidewalk claim offing curbside service. You have to answer your phone to service.
