This is my second visit to this location… & so far so good. I was served immediately upon entering the store-mask required-which was a plus for me, sanitizer available, guy that helped me was professional & knowledgeable. I would have given 5 stars but it was like pulling teeth to get info e.g. no initiative to make me aware of different options for the products I came to purchase, etc. Vape store owners can benefit from realizing that everyone who comes into their store is not an expert & may need more help than others. Indeed I am not an expert on Vapes/their products/accessories & look forward to something different than what I normally purchase…oh well, I purchased what I knew about/paid/thanked & left. A bit more initiative would have gotten 5 stars tho. Nevertheless I’ll be back (Arnold Swarzeneger voice lol)

Ok so I’ll start off by saying the guy working there was really nice. But I bought 2 things of juice, asking him to recommend some good fruity flavors. Of the 2 I bought, for about $50, one tastes like butter popcorn and the other is menthol. He kept saying they were really good fruity flavors, but idk if hes ever tried them. I threw them both away pretty much immediately because I know I wont get a refund, and I’ll just go to my regular place that has the kinds i want and gives good recommendations.
