I am not sure what exact service my mom needed on her car but I for sure but I know it was just one small thing. I have no idea what the mechanic was actually doing or what but they moved something on my mom’s car and turned on some lights that weren’t on. They just kept on saying that she needed this and this which they just kept scamming and scamming my mom saying she needed this and that, scammed $1000+ from her. DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANIC.

We were in Crystal City for a funeral and our Hummer broke down. Adrian at Joe’s Auto Repair promised us that he would work on the Hummer on Saturday for us to get it done . We went to his shop to see how things were going and waited two hours. No one was at the shop. Our hunger kicked in so we went to a restaurant on the same block as the shop since we were walking and we saw Adrian eating lunch with his family. We approached him and he gave us a lame excuse. My cousin who knows Adrian stated that Adrian coaches his sons game on Saturdays and that’s why he doesn’t work that day. Adrian did not intend on getting our truck fixed on Saturday. It’s a shame that a local business would take advantage of someone out of state and who were here for a funeral. Do not trust this business, obviously their word means nothing!
